Every team, every department, one floor—Connect Day brings the whole IMPIT family together to celebrate the year and look ahead.

Connect Day is our annual all-hands gathering. Operations, delivery, technology, and leadership step away from their queues to spend the day together as one company.

We celebrated what the teams achieved over the past year, shared where IMPIT is heading next—from IMPIT ONE to our AIVELON and AYNAUR ventures—and closed the day with the full-team photo you see here.

Moments from the day

  • Company-wide gathering across all departments
  • Recognising the wins of the past year
  • Leadership updates on the road ahead
