Every milestone deserves a cheer. We pause the queues, bring out the cake, and make our people feel seen.

Birthdays at IMPIT are a team affair. The floor gets decorated with balloons and a “Happy Birthday” banner, colleagues gather around, and the birthday person is handed a gift and a custom cake.

It only takes a few minutes, but it matters. Celebrating each other is how we keep a growing company feeling like one team.

Moments from the day

  • Balloons, banner, and a custom photo cake
  • A gift presented by the team
  • A pause to celebrate the people behind the work
