On International Men's Day, our colleagues surprised the men of IMPIT with roses, balloons, and a celebration of appreciation.

International Men's Day celebrates the positive contributions men make to their families, workplaces, and communities. At IMPIT, our colleagues decorated the office with balloons and handed every man on the team a rose.

It was a simple, warm gesture that captures the culture we care about—one where people notice each other, show appreciation, and make time to celebrate together.

Moments from the day

  • Roses for every man on the team
  • Office decorated with balloons and messages
  • Organised by colleagues as a surprise
